The Alaska Nurses Foundation is offering mini-grant opportunities in the amount of $500-$5,000, depending on the project. All grant applications are due by September 25th. These grants are for community projects involving nurses, continuing education (hosting or attending workshops for example) for nurses, or research done by nurses. You must be an Alaskan nurse to apply. There are opportunities for all nurses, and extra opportunities for nurses involved in public health! Applications are available online. Feel free to contact Alaska Nurses Foundation board members for further information.

We hope to see many of you take advantage of this excellent opportunity to expand your community level practice, challenge yourself with a continuing education course, or apply for research support. Good luck!!
