Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Learn how to take better care of yourself and discover a deeper sense of ease and peace of mind

The program consists of eight 3-hour classes and a one-day retreat with guided mindfulness instruction, group dialogue, and mindful movement. 

The next course starts January 2018! 
Dates: Thursdays, 01/04/18 - 03/08/18 
Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: Spirit Path Yoga, 505 W. Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage, AK 99503 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can benefit people who report a variety of conditions and concerns: 
* Stress (including work, school, family, financial, grief, etc.)
* Medical Conditions (including heart disease, chronic pain, cancer, asthma, etc.) 
* Psychological Distress (including anxiety, panic, depression, fatigue, insomnia, etc.) 

This event is jointly provided by the Alaska Nurses Association and Alaska Center for Mindfulness. Participants can earn up to 34 CEs for attending all portions of the course; CEs will be given after each class so nurses will get credit for what they do attend.
